ASSISTANT TOWNSHIP MANAGER – RANDOLPH TOWNSHIP, NJ.This is a position that will train you to become a Township Manager or Administrator. You are expected to have initiative and drive to be engaged in all aspects of the municipal operation.  Specific duties include preparation of the capital, MIS, Administrative, Legal, Telephone, Engineering and Building and Grounds budgets.
